Selective Salesforce consulting
My day job is leading Salesforce architecture at Brown University's Pre-College Division. On the side I take on a small number of engagements when the fit is right, mostly for higher education and nonprofit teams. I have spent my career inside these organizations. I know what it looks like to try to modernize technology with a small team, a tight budget, and no one to call when something breaks. That context is what I bring that a larger firm cannot. Hiring a firm means paying for overhead you do not need and working with whoever they assign. You know exactly who you are getting here and what it costs.
Work with me
I take on client work occasionally, either fixed-scope projects or light monthly retainers. This is not my day job and I am not trying to grow it into one.
Engagements are advisory or process-oriented rather than full implementations: org audits, automation builds, training, and strategic guidance. Higher education and nonprofit teams are where I do my best work. Not just because I have a soft spot for mission-oriented work and supporting good causes, but because I have lived the reality. Small teams doing too much with too little, trying to make a platform work without the staff or budget a larger organization would take for granted.
